By obtaining a degree in criminology and justice, you will join Loyola graduates who have gone on to careers in federal and governmental agencies around the world, including the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and numerous state and local criminal justice agencies.
Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice
- Strong social science research component
- Directed toward evaluating the effectiveness of criminal justice
Bachelor of Criminology & Justice (Online)
- Study of the structure, administration, and dynamics of the criminal justice system
- Provokes critical thinking on the competing ideologies of crime and correction.
Minors
- Designed for students studying another specialty but looking for a criminology and justice or forensic science component to complement their studies.
- 21 or 22 credit hours to complete your minor in forensic science or criminology and justice.
Master of Criminology and Justice (Online)
- This is an online 30 credit hour master's degree program.
